Our internal working group focused on the construction industry, led by Jan Lehky from Kinstellar, discussed the topic of digitalization of construction management at the Ministry of Regional Development on 15 April 2024. Petr Klán from the Ministry of Regional Development shared a number of new developments with the guests.
What has been said:
The entire digitalisation, including the builder's portal and the ability to apply for building permits digitally, will be launched on 1 July 2024, on schedule.
The transitional period, when it will be possible to apply for planning permission on the basis of documentation prepared in accordance with existing regulations, will last until 30 June 2027.
Minister Ivan Bartos will demonstrate the system at the opening of the Building Fair in Brno.
