2003/07/17, Study by Tebodin Czech Republic, s.r.o.

Future Development of Škoda Plzeň

Tebodin Czech Republic, s.r.o. has started to work on a study that was commissioned by CzechInvest and the

Department of Conception and Development of the City of Pilsen. The study should be completed within the next 4 months. Its main aim is to define future development of the Škoda Plzeň area, both from the future business point of view and from the aspect of its humanization and openness to the City of Pilsen. The study will also search for the possibility of enlarging the areas suitable for business in general (such as Borská Pole, which lies next to the Škoda Plzeň area).

Tebodin Czech Republic, s.r.o. was chosen in a tender to prepare a "Technical-Economic Study to Utilize the Industrial Area of Škoda Plzeň" not only for their knowledge but also because of their large experience working in Pilsen: Tebodin was the designer of the Matsushita-Panasonic plant (2nd, 3rd and 4th stages), Precision Castparts (new expansion under negotiation), Viza (under construction) and Daikin (public negotiations stage). Tebodin´s partners include KAP spol. s r.o., a leading Czech company in research of environmental damage and its removal, and Investorsko-inženýrská a.s., connected with the construction of the industrial zone in Liberec, where they cooperated with Tebodin on the projects of Denso, Denso Airs and Toyota Tsusho.
