Business activity
Through its activities, VCES Property Development ensures turnkey implementation of projects for end-users. Among other things, turnkey project implementation includes the following activities: identification, comprehension and implementation of the client's requirements, finding suitable plots of land, project management from the earliest stage of the given project through handover to the end-user with a commitment to adhere to the set implementation costs and time schedule, identification of the most appropriate financial structure and technical solution of the project. The company uses knowledge and experience derived from its membership in the international French Bouygues group.
