Scope of business

Kinstellar is a premium independent international law firm operating exclusively in the region of the New Europe spreading over the states of Central, Eastern and South Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union. Kinstellar was formed in 2008 from the Bratislava, Bucharest, Budapest and Prague office of Linklaters, a global leader in the legal services market. In March 2010 Kinstellar opened another office in the region in Beograd for countries of former Yugoslavia. A new office for Turkey was opened in Istanbul in June 2010.

We have an established practice and network of best friend law firms acting with us as local counsel advisory and transactional work in all CIS member countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldavia, Russia, Tadzhikistan, Turkmenistan, the Ukraine, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania).
