Investorsko inženýrská a.s. was founded in 1999 as a property development company focused on the preparation and development of regional infrastructure projects, foremost of all industrial zones and properties, as well as in transportation, education and sports and recreation. Investorsko inženýrská provides civil engineering, project management and turn-key construction services. The company currently has 30 employees and owns several industrial zones: Liberec South, Krupka (near Teplice), Kutná Hora, Jeneč (near Prague) and Stráž pod Ralskem.
