HOCHTIEF Development Czech Republic develops, implements and sells office and residential real estate projects. It is part of German HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung and the global group HOCHTIEF AG, which has been providing comprehensive civil engineering services for more than 130 years. The company has been operating in the Czech Republic since 1997. HOCHTIEF Development Czech Republic is currently implementing further projects involving total investment of approximately EUR 200 million, namely Trianon and Kavčí Hory Office Park in Prague 4.
