Having thirty six sites throughout the Czech Republic we have created a firm network providing our customers with an excellent space, that is tailored made to their operations. Thirty of these locations are being continuously developed and under construction, thus there is a prime industrial space that can be prepared to an occupancy within relatively short period of time (0 - 3 months). With securing recently a new financing we are to continue building out our network in coming up years, as we feel there is still a solid demand from our existing customers as well as customers entering the Czech Republic market. These are mainly driven by optimizing their operating costs, yet with no impact on quality of their products or services. Therefore for many of these companies CR is great choice given by the combination of skilled and professional labor force, lower wages, and excellent infrastructure within center of Europe.
