We are a Czech consulting company operating in several key countries in Central and Eastern Europe.

We offer comprehensive services for foreign investors. The wide range of our services includes establishment, administration, management and liquidation of a company. I COMPANY FORMATION

  • Shelf companies (ready-made companies)
    Newly-established companies ready to do business; the most common legal entities are "s.r.o." (limited liability company) or "a.s." (corporation, joint-stock company)
