Market valuation
American Appraisal performs valuation of Business Enterprise, Financial Assets, Intangible Assets, Real Estate, Machinery and Equipment.
Possible valuation purposes are as follows:
- According to Czech Commercial Code requirements - e.g. mergers and divisions of companies, conversions of legal form, tender offers, canceling the listing of participating securities, controlling agreements and agreements on profit transfers, transfers of business assets to a sole member, etc.
- Valuation in terms of investment consulting (pre- and post-acquisition consulting)
- Value indication of assets transferred from abroad (Transfer Price) for quantification of investment incentives, for their implementation into Czech accounting records, customs purposes and for their insurance
