AECOM CZ is a private environmental consulting and engineering company providing services for the protection and preservation of the environment. The company was founded in 1990 under the name KAP and since than the number of employees reached 120 and over 2000 projects were successfully managed and implemented in more than 25 countries worldwide. In 2002 KAP has been acquired by American environmental company EarthTech which belongs to TYCO multinational group based in Long Beach, California. In July 2008, Earth Tech joined AECOM, a leading global provider of professional technical and management support services to government and commercial clients around the world. AECOM provides services through a global network of approximately 40,000 employees in more than 100 countries in a broad range of markets. In November 2009 Earth Tech CZ has been renamed to AECOM CZ.

The quality management system was implemented according to the standards of CSN EN ISO9001 rev. 1994, and subsequently passed all audits carried out by the accredited company DNV (latest, 2009). Earth Tech CZ expertise and professional approach is demonstrated by being on the list of consultants for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and registered by the EBRD Environmental Appraisal Unit under No. 103309. AECOM CZ is also registered in the World Bank Consultants Database DACON under No. 1912.
